at Kontrapunkt we worked on a large employer branding project with Specsavers.
Specsavers has a vision to go beyond eyes and ears and bring healthcare to the high street. We helped them be visionary with an employer brand that shows their true colours and prepares them for the next frontier in eye, ear- and healthcare.
I worked on a part of the project that should engage and inform the current employees. A 'game' that should make the employees understand their own brand and start activate the new employer branding.
For the game we created this 'travel kit'. A suitcase with seven small books, guides and a play board. Making it an exciting journey for the employees. On this project I worked on both concept and execution.
